CLIENTS TRAVELING TO PEPPER
All clients traveling to Pepper will come alone, without a guest unless discussed with Pepper prior to appointment.
All clients must be prepared for appointment with no makeup on, without any skin treatments done in the past 10 days prior to makeup application, and without any skin conditions/ infections that can spread to others or are deemed contagious.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Deposits are 50% of the service fee and go towards your appointment.
Deposits are non negotiable, non transferable and non refundable. Understand that without a deposit, your appointment is not made.
COVID POLICY
All clients must be vaccinated or show proof of negative COVID test within 72hrs of appointment. Clients feeling sick must cancel appointment and reschedule no earlier than 14 days after cancelation. (cancelation fee will be waived ONLY for COVID based cancelations)
BOOKING TIME POLICY
All appointments before 7AM and After 7PM -- $50 fee will be applied
WEATHER CONDITION POLICY
Serious weather conditions such as heavy thunderstorms or snow- $50 fee will be applied (for traveling appointments)
LATE & CANCELATION FEES/POLICIES
- $20 fee will be added to invoice if you arrive 15 minutes or more late to appointment, after 30 minutes the appointment will be canceled unless discussed otherwise with Pepper.
- Frequent lateness to appointments will result in permanent client ban from services.
- $25 cancelation fee applied to all cancelations made within 24 hours of appointment. Non refundable.
All fees will be sent in addition to invoice and must be paid upon receiving. Clients that do not submit fees will be banned from future services.
CLIENTS PEPPER IS TRAVELING TO
All clients Pepper travels to must have a set station ready to work on with a table cleared, outlet near by for lighting and if possible a high chair. If a client does not have a high chair, then a second chair for Pepper needs to be provided. All clients Pepper travels to will not be taken if they are in a building without a working elevator.
PHOTOSHOOT & VIDEO SHOOT POLICIES
Must book through website and have all of the following information ready prior to requesting appointment.
- Time and Date
-Locations
-Number of clients
All day rates are customized according to job at hand, transportation fees and the previous details, if more time is requested after 8Hrs an hourly rate of $100 pr will be added onto invoice.
TO ALL CLIENTS
Understand that personal information such as contact number and address from Pepper can not be shared without written permission from Pepper to anyone for any reason. You give permission to Pepper to take photos or video footage of the work created and allow her to use it but not limited to Peppers website, merchandise, and business cards.
Theft is taken very seriously and there is a zero tolerance policy for it. In the case any product or piece of equipment is stolen from Pepper it must be replaced or compensated for. If it is not replaced or compensated for, legal actions will be made and the client will be banned from booking future appointments. If a product or piece of equipment is damaged by a client it will need to be replaced by them or compensated for. If it is not replaced or compensated for, legal actions will be made and the client will be banned from booking future appointments.
Understand that Pepper is a sanitary professional and in the case of any skin breakouts, eye or skin infections occurring you will not hold Pepper accountable.
Understand all terms and Policies are non negotiable and there are no exceptions.
